    On deeper inspection, it seems that the plasters mesh is about 0.5mm thick. So have opted for a 3mm thick mild steel weld mesh with about 25mm spaces and with my calculations, should be able to make a 38cm square basket out of 1 sheet for about £40

    haven't been on for a while but can someone give some advice on where i can get some EML for a fire basket, looked everywhere but can't find any reasonably priced. Just started on my UDS and looking to get this project done by end of july.  will post pics later.

    sounds good, i myself love chili, one thing my wife puts in is chorizo, it's adds a great taste in my opinion
