    Thanks! I smoked it at 350 for 2 1/2 hours, wrapped in foil and then smoked for a 1 1/2 After that I take off the smoker still wrapped in foil and wrap in a blanket and let it sit for 3-4 hours. I used mesquite wood for the cook, it's pretty easy to get in Texas haha

    I'm fairly new to the smoking community, I bought my first smoker a few months ago and I'm hooked! Planning on doing my first cook off in a few months as well! Hope to get some good tips from y'all
