How do I protect my pellet smoker from rust inside?

When you are through and you leave it on to protect it between uses, or do you mean foil only while you are cooking?

How do I protect my pellet smoker from rust inside?

My second hand pellet smoker is barely a year old, but some of the surfaces are showing rust on the inside, such as the lid on the burner pot and what I'll call the searing plate/heat diffuser. What's the best way to stop this from worsening? Is it a good idea to spray these surfaces with Pam (I...

Need recomendations for a temperature probe

Won't cry over 20-30 dollars. I don't think I'll ruin any meat without one or even with an inferior one. I've still got my grill temp and 2 IT thermometers. I just like the idea of continuous readout.

Need recomendations for a temperature probe

I was afraid of that open question. Here's my definition of inexpensive. I guess $30 would be my ceiling if there was a product that was head and shoulders above the $20 ones. I won't be grilling that much so I can't justify throwing money at one. I already have a couple of IT ones. Edit. LMAO...

Need recomendations for a temperature probe

I'm new to grilling and bought a used pellet grill. I'd like to buy a constant thermometer, preferably 2 probe, that's relatively inexpensive. I don't care if it's wifi/bluetooth or not. My requirements are accurate and not aggravating to use. What do y'all suggest?

    Expert Grill Model 910-0014 Question

Makes sense z06 man. Only thing is, I can't see getting the meat up to 140 degrees in 4 hours that way so why would they even bother with making that setting?

Temp is cooler near the surface than in the middle. What gives?

My first time smoking anything in my new to me pellet grill/smoker. I've read about the stall but something weird is going on. I have a 10.66# butt that I started by preheating the grill. It's now been on for 12 hours at 225 and is only just above 160. I can wait and stay up late so that's no...

    Expert Grill Model 910-0014 Question

I just bought it used and am new to smoking. I finally found the instruction manual online but am confused about something. It has both a SMOKE mode and a COOK mode. I thought the smoke was supposed to come from the pellets while cooking so that's my first confusion. I'm able to set the...

Help!!! I can't find my model number

Thanks y'all. The guy I bought it from ended up finding the model online and I managed to find the manual there with great difficulty, but I did find it so all is good. I'm sure when time permits I'll be hitting you up for tips.

Help!!! I can't find my model number

I just bought a used Expert grill pellet smoker. The guy said he had it about a year so I'm assuming it's a 2022 or 2023. He doesn't have the manual. Problem is, I CAN'T FIND THE MODEL NUMBER ON IT ANYWHERE!!! lol, nor a picture similar to it. I can't find anything except a small qr code that...
