    Pork bone came right out. Looking back I think the drippings from the meats above it, while yes they added a nice flavor profile to the brisket it definitely affected the bark a bit.     I used my Masterbuilt dual fuel. Low and slow around 230, hickory wood chunks, water in the pan.

    Here’s how my first big smoke turned out for my family and friends. Brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, smoked sweet sausage, and homemade jalapeño cornbread. All homemade rubs and BBQ as well. Still learning everyday and room for improvement but I’d say it was damn good! Had to share 😎
