That is correct. Indeterminate on price range. Will say <$2k. Will check the WSM 26" out, but generally not a fan regular kettles. That may be b/c i've only had cheap ones in combination of inexperience on those.

I currently have a Vision Grill Pro S and use a flameboss 500 with it. That said, I’m not sure of vision’s longevity and am already finding it hard to find some of the parts. If I were to upgrade… what should I go for?? 3-4 people normally with private events at home (30 people max) on...

    Broke in the Akorn

So I got a Char-Griller Akorn as my grill wouldn't last the season.  I haven't tried low & slow on it (will today) but that thing is ridiculous at how well it holds heat.  Smoked at 250 until IT of ~120 (i overshot by 10° being distracted) then seared at 550-575° for 60s each side...rotating...

    Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition

Thanks!!  I just found out that I'm hosting a July 4 party and probably going to have to direct-grill a metric s**t-ton of grub lol.  Potentially looking at cooking for the entire cul-de-sac.  I guess the question was more:  has, in your experiences, switching back & forth from using it fully...

    Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition

Question for you all since the BTLE is on my radar.... Does anyone here actually grill on it also?  If we go this route, I'd definitely want it to pull double-duty.

    New Grill/Smoker Advice??

Those look awesome! I feel that my "financial services adviser (aka...the one paying for it)" is wanting to push me towards something like the Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Ed simply since we often have the need of doing 2-3 spatchcock birds at once.  I'm having a hard time selling the kettle...
