    Great job. I like the idea of designating someone to take pictures. I have done some pretty big catering jobs but always way to busy to think about taking pics. Especially how the food looks just before the feeding frenzy start and just the amount of people. I will say next time for sure. Again...

    2nd time smoking ribs same problems

    i totally agree with ellymae. Black pepper is 25% of your rub to me that is really high. I would try a standard rub or buy Jeffs rub. By the sounds of it smoke is not your issue.

    Turkey turned out really good it was moist probably could have taken out a little bit sooner but till delicious my son it was the best turkey he's ever had. oh and i almost forgot the ribs were good as well here is a pic of the ribs.
