    We will be most likely making it during the event and putting the smoke house to use. As for the crawfish we can have a pot and all there to cook them. You tell me what you need for cooking equipment and ill make sure we have it. Look forward to see you there.

    Nice thing about that big hunk of meat Robert is bringing is it will cook for a bit so no problem prepping other things. But that is only if there is enough interest.

    From what im reading it seems to be caused by their diet and reading thru the words it looks like cheaper feed is to blame. Cant wait for our chickens to start laying in the next 2-4 weeks.

    I have been eating eggs for a long time and have never seen yolks like this before. They are very milky looking like watered down yellow. Is anyone else seeing this from store bought eggs lately? Makes me wonder if they are from this country. Just curious.
