    Sweet "Fish Cake"

Wow!!!! I sure agree with Gary's comment. Every time you post one of her creations, its better than the one before. And that's some paint job by Bear Jr. POINTS to both of them. Gary

Pork Loin Crown Roast W/ Candied Jalapeno Glaze And Buttermilk Bacon Mac & Cheese (W / Pics)

I AM TRULY IMPRESSED!!!! Robert, that is one beautiful creation. I'm absolutely going to steal this idea and try it out. Unfortunately, since Miss Linda won't eat anything spicier than an Anaheim Pepper, I'll have to find a substitute for the candied jalapeno. I really like the...

    Cold or hot(warm) smoke?

I agree with Bear. I keep the temp in the MES under 100. Creates a good convection to keep the smoke moving, and I can smoke the bacon for about 12 hours. Gary

First real test of our Dyna Glo Offset propane conversion

Ha!! Join the crowd. Fantastic looking burger!! I'd eat that any day. Frog Mats laid on the grate will keep anything small from falling through and still get lots of smoke. Even cheaper than that, just lay a piece of (clean) fiberglass window screen on the grate. There's no danger of it...

Hot Fast Butts - couple questions

Personally I think that's a great idea. Never thought of trying to cook them from the inside out, and same time from the outside in. Gary

    Baked Apples with Ice Cream

Both Miss Linda and I love baked apples, so I planned to try your recipe. I used 2 huge Granny Smith apples since I really like the tart and sweet mix. My smoker is down for repairs, so I just baked them in the oven, like Mom used to do. Well, when I took them out of the oven after 1 hour at...
