Cooked my first brisket yesterday (Sunday September 1, 2013). Put on the smoker at 250° at 5:30 AM
9 1/2 hours later!
I put the brisket with some other valuable team members for the Winning Plate of the Day!
Anyone else want to show off what you cooked this weekend?
Just joined up here today, I have been smoking on a Green Mountain Daniel Boone for about 2 years. I would really love to get together with some fellow Kansas smokers. I live in Lincoln, Ks. anyone close give me shout!
