Nice sounds like a good plan...I am out on muskegon lake freezeing my rearend off tring to catch some fish but going home in a bit to ready my boston butts for tomorrows pp and abt New Years feast.

Hi all, The wife wants me to smoke 2-3.75 lb Boston buts for pulled pork and ABT's for our New Years day dinner,The question I have is when would be a good time to start my ABT's on the smoker,also thinking about some baked beans.Any thoughts or advice ? Also the pork has a net on them, smoke...
Little town called Fruitport, northwest of Grand Rapids......I added myself to the map when I first joined , I will do it again and thanks for the rib comment. Wife wants pulled pork for New Years day so that and some ABT's and some cold beers .
Glad everyone is safe also, only lost power for about 15 min.s but just finished clearing the driveway to arms are about to fall off. We got dumped on pretty good they are saying 36"s and now its warming up for the next couple of days sounds like its going to b a mess.
