    I had never smoked before. I took Jeffs 5 day course, paid attention to detail and had the best ribs I had ever tasted. Of couse using jeffs rub sure made a difference. My son in law who does quite a bit of smoking could not get over the flavor of these dry ribs. (no sauce)

    Did some ribs last weekend and they turned out great.  I used a mix of hickory and apple chips.  I have a large supply of cherry wood.  Is it good to smoke with it?
