    Never tried planking a meatloaf! Sounds good! Unfortunately I am a propane grill guy and have an MES smoker...Don't think I am going to be much help! I look forward to hearing how it goes!!!

    Big block of medium cheddar has been in the MES for about 30 min. Amazen loaded with pitmasters blend. Lots of Ice keeping the temp down in the mid 70's.
