We are going through our freezer now and throwing out old packages.
I am thawing a Tri Tip from 2016 and we will see if it is viable.
Trying to get a handle on the limits things might get pushed to.

Go for it. How much does it weigh? I did a 9 lb in my 560 and it went 16 hours.

You might think about branching out a little and check out the Masterbuilt GF560 or the 1060 that will come out in the Spring. The 560 is $500 and the 1060 will b e around $700. The reviews that we read before buying the 560 told us of trouble with the pellet feeders and the controllers not...

We had smoked chicken on one half.
