    There is a video from “ Mad Scientists BBQ” on YouTube showing how he reheats a cooked brisket mailed from Aaron franklins. I have never tried it but looks interesting.

    Lang top or bottom rack.

    Hello all. I have a Lang 48 patio model. 95% of my cooking is done on the bottom rack. Just curious on what other Lang owners are doing out there? Are cooking bottom or top rack? I think I will be doing some test cooks on the top when I get a chance to. Just looking to see what others results...

    Wasn’t planning on cooking that day. At this point I decided to try and cook something fast and easy. Did hamburgers and some wings. Turned out great. Just need to figure out the big temp difference from end to end.

    Added a bigger stick at about an hour. Here are my temps. Top temp is probe next to fire box. Bottom temp is probe right under the gauge on the door.
