    Ribs on my new pellet grill

    Just pulled them and the look great! Tender and moist, just enough to hold on to the bone without being literally "fall off the bone" tender. Well worth the wait! Now I'm going to bed!

    Did a Tri-tip on the Treager last night!

    Threw a Tri-tip in new Treager last night, smoked for first 3 hours, then turned it up to 275°, Pulled and wrapped at 145° IT and Let rest for 30 mins. Perfect medium rare throughout.

    First attempt at ribs.

    Thanks everyone! It sure boosted my confidence on trying new cuts of meat! The wife definitely wants me to make them again. I'll be sure to do 2 racks next time after some mods to help keep the heat up in the cooking chamber. May even try my own rub!
