Inkbird asked me to test the instant thermometer
it arrived ,package was great., did the the boil and water test, they were
right on . i like the recharge capability.speed of temp was very fast.
i also have a IRF-4S it is awesome , no more blue tooth.

just picked all my hot peppers and
put them in a brine to ferment
never done this before hope
it works out, different peppers
reppers ghost , chillies and some other
ones,,going to let them ferment for a few weeks..
i'm building a new UDS, was looking into
a custom laser cut grill. has anyone tried this?
also is 3/16 thick steel thick enough?
I have a big poppas UDS now love it.
just got a smooth drum and was going to go with
the side inlet pipes up higher so your bending over all the time.
