It does look good...But can you taste the Worcestershire sauce? I'm not a fan of Worcestershire sauce base BBQ sauce.

I was told its oak but i have never seen oak so red. I'm in sw Florida.
Is that a brisket flat or point?
I tried that when I was using my MES. I still got no smoke ring.
