    My Big Boy Smoker

    Hello family, i know i have been gone for a while but i have good reason. BUSINESS HAS BEEN GREAT. I even had to upgrade to a bigger smoker to accommodate the bbq lovers of Palatka. Its a 500 gallon monster that will hold about 75 slabs of ribs. Here she goes.

    Missing in action

    I Got a Problem

    I just bought a truck load of oak wood and for some reason it would not catch fire. I held it over a propane  fire; i even poured a little lighter fluid on it. Am i doing something wrong or did i get bamboozled.
