    First time I saw whole hog heads was in Houston. Later found out that it a Mexican delight to oven back or smoke these things. I personally haven't tried it but willing to if I happen to run across it.

    I agree with U. i. S. for I have looked at this closely. If the smoking area is as long as one with a fire box I can see this working. Positive!! You have a drawer for waste and a grill without having the put a grate in a firebox. SMOOTH

    My first ? is how thick are these cut? Everyone here is right on in my book (for what my book is worth). I have made great smoked chops on a direct charcoal grill (ol smokie) that were to die for. I have not done them lately on that grill but on a Brinkman LFB / Char Broil Silver ... All cuts...
