    Hello all . Been a long time since i posted . But great group and always checking on the forum. 13 lb whole shoulder Rub down . Cooking about 220 240. Try keep temp in that range. Running a cheap vertical char-broil charcoal smoker. Been running it for two years. Great results...

    Is was real good added to crock pot with pan dripping to keep warm for party.... Love this group every one is great and I have learned a lot .. I get to do most of my smoking in winter because work is cray in summer.

    Hi rub has no mustard in it.. it's billbos famous rub basic but real good.. his bbq is good as well.

    Well got two going this smoker have worked great for the price ... have had one for about year and half and other about 8 months was like 1/2 price could not say no... 4 hours in had to add some coal ... it's about 35 degrees here.
