    Thanks. They came out good. I vacuum packed a bunch of them and gave them to friends at work and kept a few for my family. Nothing but great reviews. I think I could do something different tho. Next time.

    It's the Masterbuilt XL propane smokehouse I bought about 3yrs ago. I haven't used it in a long time and was going to give it away but decided I should use it for sausages and snack sticks. It has brought me back to loving it all over again. I brought it and my amazn pellet tube back to life...

    I like what I do but I always think there's something that can be done better. My wife says I'm crazy. Lol. My kids reap all the benefits. They love anytime I'm smoking or firing up the grill.

I've decided to try my hand at sausage making and somebody put the idea into my head that I was cool enough to make snack sticks. Lol. I used a beef/pork combo with a run of the cabinet spice selection...

    definitely cant go wrong with the chuckeyes. and yes i'd agree the word definitely did get out about them because theyre not priced like they used to be. mini ribeyes. lol.
