    Newbie question - Char-Griller website says you can't use charcoal?

    I bought a Char-Griller Pro with SFB and have been using it to grill. I want to try smoking with charcoal and maybe wood chips or chunks. However, their website says the SFB requires wood logs and that you can't use charcoal (unless only as a starter)? Its paragraph 12-- says you "MUST USE...
