    Thanks for all of the info; I.m going out to cure it now.  I mentioned the heat defuser (tile or heavy foil), where do I put this?  Do I put it on the bottom rack or do I put it on the heater element/smoke box unit? Brian "ThePCTech" Go Colorado Rockies!
