Just started to build my smoker out of a 55 gal drum,i cant wait until i am done with it,so i can do some real smoking.4 weeks ago i went to my first state compition,it was a Delaware state com. i got fired up by some of these guys rigs,what a day,i was just like a little kid.i have been smoking meat in a little smoker for about 6 years,moving on up to the big league.a friend told me about this site.
