    thanks for the welcome. My Mother is from Lubbock, and my oldest Daughter was born in Austin. So, if they ever finish the Great Wall of Texas, I'm hoping they let me in 128513!

    At least it doesn't taste like soot 128513. Ribs cut the wrong way, across the bone. They may have a different name, not sure. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Short_ribs BTW, they finished really well.

    At least it doesn't taste like soot 128513. BTW the red thing on top of the heap is a pepper, threw on a couple of English cut ribs we cooked earlier and finished 'em on the smoker.

    Retired USAF. Live in Jacksonville Fl, prefer OLD name of Mandarin. Griller for years, Weber kettle. Wife just bought me an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn 3 in 1. Been eyeballing it for years. Enrolled in Jeff's course, finished day 1. Finishing up my first cook here in the next 30 minutes or so...
