    I ended up just going with the larger 22.5 WSM.  I was thinking about it; would be dreaming to think the wife was going to move a 100 pound smoker and plug it in and with my roots from NC my family would rip me up for using electric even though i dont have a problem with it and think it sounds...

    i used regular kingsford but read on the forum that i should start using kingsford competition but that was mainly due to fillers.  I am looking for something that perhaps burns a little slower!

    Has anybody heard of this...Master-BBQ 35lb electric smoker?

    Anybody have any experience they can share with this smoker?  Time you have had it?  Any issues?  Would you buy again? Looking at this, CookShack or Smokin-it.  I have a few char / wood smokers and looking to add something the wife can use and something that fires up easy and quickly.
