    Not happy with my new MES 40

    I,m not to happy with my mes 40. The thermostat varies 10 to 20 degrees off. Is there a way to recalibrate ?

    Carp ?

    My bride gave me for Christmas a Masterbuilt Elec. Smoker 40". What a great wife. I smoked some salmon on it and was great. I was wondering if anyone on here had ever tried to smoke carp and if so did you have good luck with it ? TIA.

    Hello everyone, Rich Parker here from Clinton, IL . I've been bar-b-quing on a homemade smoker for about 12 years. I love smoking ribs and turkey. I'd like to learn how to do a proper brisket. Looking forward to all the info on here. Thanks  for the site.
