    jdh8707 Thanks for sharing I am thinking of starting my endeavours in smoking with a WSM. So I am new and was wondering, we only get the 18.5" model in Australia and not the big brother. Will that be suffice? Or would you recommend to get the bigger one?

    Hi Folks Just registered and very new to smoking but very keen. Lived in South Africa for 42 years and moved to Australia 3 weeks ago. Not sure where to start but will most probably looking at the Weber Smokey Mountain. Looking forward to all "old hands" advice and guidance. Jan
