I was just curious what you guys see from one end of your reverse flow smoker to the other? I'm seeing about a 30 degree difference. Is this normal?

Cook chamber Is 5 feet long and 2 feet in diameter. Fire box is 24 inches wide, 18 inches tall, and 21 inches long. Exhaust is 6 inch pipe. Thanks for your interest!!!! Let me know if you need anymore info.
Thanks! I got lucky on it. I wanted a tusk on it too,but I didn't want to push my luck. And I cut the ears and the ridges on the back with a grinder.
If I had a plasma cutter I'd be dangerous! Haha!

Here are a few pics of the rf plate/drip pan. LOT of welding on it. I was happy just to get finished with those welds.
I got the rf plate done, fit the exhaust, and stuck it to the chamber. You'll notice my door isn't attached in these pics. That was...
