    Better late than never I guess....had trouble uploading pictures, finally got em up.  Prime Rib Turned out GREAT!  Definently going to be a Christmas tradition.  Just wish I would have taken more pictures. Would have pulled it earlier, but had to think about everyone who was eating.

    Just got a MES 30' smoker for my birthday...Been doing my research on the forum and can't wait to start smoking!  Thanks for all the information! Also, if anyone can point me in the right direction of a good 1st time recipe that would be appreciated. THANKS!
