    I received my set the morning we left for the Netherlands to visit our daughter a beautiful granddaughter. We got home this week and I got to play with them. I am really impressed! I wish they had a steak knife set. The Easter ham will be the first test!

    Wow. Amazing story. At the Evergreen Air Museum in Madras, they have another B17 being restored. It is impressive to see the inner structures and construction of the aircraft. Especially when you consider how many were made.

    Our daughter, when working on her AG degree, interned growing potatoes. She said the same thing. It’s a really hard crop to grow, especially if you are looking for consistency in size, texture and starch.

    Mrs. Smoke had oral surgery last week and can’t chew. So, I’m going to try smoked meatloaf for the first time. I’ll smoke it today since it is supposed to rain Sunday. Our other Super Bowl friend has a broken leg and can’t travel so it will be just us this year.

    You are doing exactly what I do. The probes have not suffered in the Oregon rain. In fact, I wash them every smoke.
