     Well, I should have ask sooner but,,,,,,,,,  tomorrow Im going to be smoking 4- 4lb buts. I also have 4 spatchcock birds that are about 3lbs each Im wanting to do at the same time. I recon Im going to shoot for 275 degrees +/-  smoking temps.   At these temps, about how long should the yard...
