    Houston, we have a problem!

    I'm cooking (2) 9 LB Pork Shoulders in a BGE. Everything was fine at 11pm when i went to bed...BBQ temp was 225 and meat temp was 160ish. I slept through my alarm and now the BBQ temp is 88 and meat temp is 130.  AM i dead in the water? Company gets here in 6 hours!

    Wow, what an awesome site and community. I'm new to smoking...just a couple of rib racks and pork butts to my credit in a Lg. BGE. Can't wait to take advantage of the recipes and techniques that all of you pros have been so kind to share. Thanks! Jeff.
