    I have a 5lb sirloin tip roast that I want to smoke for Superbowl.  I have a MES 30, Jeff's rub and was looking for input on how to smoke this.  I have done ribs before but not a roast.  Any input would be appreciated! Thanks, John ps. I also have an AMPS.
