    I am half way thru smoking moose jerky strips, they are pretty salty, can I add brush maple syrup on them to tame them a bit of is it too late

    Veggies on the grill.

    I have a 4 rack Bradley which I enjoy but I'm wondering about the quality of the bbq they have, does anybody own one ?
