'Bout Time...
Thx for the welcome everyone. I did not take the pic. I am smoking three racks of STL ribs today. It is my first smoke since May 22. Feels GREAT! -

Last week I bought a Masterbuilt XL propane smoker to get me going. I have been seasoning it the last few days. Eventually, I will build another 8'. JBZZ -
