    Finally started freezer smoker

    I started at 9 a.m with lump and some oak.Brought it up to 225 for 2 hours then 330 for 1 hour and back to 225.The spray on oil did its trick.Just gotta get some racks from a buddy of mine and I'M ready to smoke.

    Finally started freezer smoker

    Finishing up odds and ends on freezer.I used Kaowool as my door gasket.The seal is great , I just hope it holds up. My goal is too get her seasoned by the weekend.

    Finished 2nd coat of high heat black.My chimney is roughed in,still have to install damper and cap.I hope to have time to replace the old interior plastic trim with stainless this weekend.
