    Jeff's receipe for Pulled Pork

    Used Jeff's receipe for bourbon pulled pork using the 3 hours on smoke and 5 in the oven.  He is stupid good, at 140 degrees at 3 hours and 205 degrees after the oven.  The meat was off the bone tender.  Used his rub and bbq sauce, worshiped by all, thanks Jeff

    Baby backs smoked. First rib smoke.

    Sweet, I just did my first baby back ribs while listening to the Bengals beat the Patriots!  Used Jeff's rub and had his BBQ sauce on the side.  Smoked for 6 hours and they were excellent.

    Wood to use for smoking

    I just cut down a crab apple tree, can this be used for smoking?  If so sould it be seasoned?
