Used Jeff's receipe for bourbon pulled pork using the 3 hours on smoke and 5 in the oven. He is stupid good, at 140 degrees at 3 hours and 205 degrees after the oven. The meat was off the bone tender. Used his rub and bbq sauce, worshiped by all, thanks Jeff
Sweet, I just did my first baby back ribs while listening to the Bengals beat the Patriots! Used Jeff's rub and had his BBQ sauce on the side. Smoked for 6 hours and they were excellent.
