Everything turned out great!!! Got called away on a trial in NE PA and have been gone almost 2 weeks. so no time to update. Thanks guys just wrapped all 3 they started beeping at 165 one after the other BP for the brisket Foiled the butts brisket stayed at 165 butts dropped once i reprobed to 158. guess ill buckle in for a long night- dv8uagain

So here I am haven't smoked anything in a while and my daughters second birthday is tomorrow. I have 2 thermos on my CGO modified with plates duct work...
