    Yea the Dragon can get congested. Especially on Good Friday. (Its only open fridays). You need to get back into the country side to really appreciate Lancaster county. Lots of farm fresh veggies, butcher shops, and road side markets. It's a simpler way of life here.

    LEM Grinder broke?

    Sounds like one or more internal gears stripped out. Everything is fixable if the parts are available. It comes down to your ability and the cost of the parts vs a new grinder.

    I make snack sticks with my 4qt. enterprise stuffer. I use a Lem 606A stuffing tube with 18mm collagen.

    Check and make sure the sharp edge of the knife is facing the plate. Is the knife and plate tight against each other. Is the knife sharp and the plate flat. Just some ideas for you check on.
