    looking for new rubs

    Might be a little late but this is what I use. Not to spicy and a little sweet. It's a pretty simple rub. 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup paprika 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Works out great with a sweet sauce.

    Cut against the grain it is, cut with the grain it isn't. Are you implying something different?
