First Time on forum......Has anyone smoked Beef tenderloin...I know its a good cut of meat, but my wife just bought 8lbs at our local meat sale, I told her that I was going to smoke it this weekend. (she says I want to smoke everything) but anyway just sitting here thinking of injecting with bacon greese, and rubbing with pepper and garlic. Any thoughts??
