I've made over 320,000 bales of hay at my family farm and I never thought of doing that with it.
I always used as feed for the angus and horses.
Maybe a good clover-blue grass-garlic grass mix would be good.
I usually make a Grilled/Smoked chicken ziti salad:
Chicken
celery
spring onion
red onion
grape tomatoes
kalamata olives
red peppers
yellow peppers
feta cheese
ziti pasta, mix all with dressing of :mayo, dijon, vineger, spices, etc..
Good stuff - colorfull - crowd pleasing.
It looks like folks really like the MES.
