    I think the biggest problem that I'm having is keeping th temp down, wow its real easy to hit 350 - 400. Its a high press. burner and now I'm not sure if that was a good choice. I turn the burner down and I'll get to around 225 - 250 and the burner will go out real easy I've found out so far...
