    Thanks, I'll try that. I use Jeff's rub and sauce, it's great. Racks are soaking in the sink as we speak.

    Not a real long time smoker here, but really enjoy the whole process. Question is, every time I cook the meat wants to stick to the racks. Got some awesome looking BB's for tomorrow and I'd rather they not stick. Suggestions?

    Spraying down the chick with a mix of evoo and lemon juice. The pork is foiled and cooking away. Pork has come back out of foil and it is doing it's thing along side the sausages The finished products. This was great food. The family loved it and we had a great time throughout the day...
