    Meatloaf

    I love smoked meatloaf! i did one last week...free form...no pan. Glazed it with a mix of ketchup, vinegar, coriander, brown sugar and hot sauce and threw it under the broiler for about 5 minutes.

    Dyna Glo Wide vs Signature Series

    I have a Dyna Glo wide body and love it. I've had 5 or 6 smokers over the years and the Dyna Glo is my favorite. I'd buy it again today if i needed a new one. I don't know anything about the signature series though...sorry.

    Good morning from sunny St. Petersburg, Florida
