    First beef brisket

Ha,ha.yes your right. I am going to smoke a 16 lb. brisket. We were looking at throwing some potatoes and corn in the top of the smoker. The problem I have is there are only 2 of us so I have to freeze a lot of the meat after its cook or can I cut the brisket in half. Don't know which way to go yet.

    First beef brisket

Well I am going to try to smoke a 16 lb. beef brisket in a master forge propane smoker. What is a good rub that I can use or make at home.

    Hello from Lexington, ohio

Well today we smoked the beef ribs and found out we don't like them. Will stick to pork or baby back ribs from now on.

    Hello from Lexington, ohio

I just bought a master forge vertical duel fuel smoker. And had to add the gasket on both doors. We tried chicken leg quarters last week and was amazed at how good they tasted. Today it will be beef ribs. Seen where everyone says 3-2-1 system so am going to try it out.
