    I did three racks of baby back ribs today for my wife's birthday. I bought them from Costco and cut each rack in half. This is my first effort at Q-view. Hope it all works out. I used apple wood chips at 225 degrees. I used the 2-2-1 method but it really worked out to 2, 1-3/4, 1-1/4. They...

    How did you come up with your screen name?

    BigOrange part is because I am a Tennessee Vols fan (we're on our way back with Butch Jones!) and the Smoker part is obvious.

    I have a 10 lb. turkey breast that I am gonna smoke this Saturday and it's been a really long time since I have done any poultry on the smoker. How long did you let it rest, and what temps did your smoker run? I am trying to estimate a time frame for my smoke.
