arguably the best meat smoker on the market today under $100. The key to this product is the "Tab Lock System" (patent pending) which is a clever way to use the lid as both a top cover and as a lifting mechanism providing easy access to the wood chip pan. The Simple Smoker requires a separate heat source such as an electric element, a Coleman stove, or the side burner of a gas grill to name a few. This device is best suited for smoking jerky or pan sized fish. It is made of durable 24 Ga. food grade stainless steel and designed to last a lifetime. The Simple Smoker is small enough to be portable but due to its unique skewer meat hanger design it can smoke up to 3 lbs. of jerky in one batch. The smoker comes with a lid, smoke tube, base, chip pan, skewers, and a bag of wood chips. A high quality zippered nylon transport bag is also available . The Simple Smoker weighs a mere 10 lbs when stowed in its carrier bag measuring 12x12x12
Best of all it's MADE IN THE USA!http://www.smokeaz.net

The story behind this device is as simple as the smoker. My name is Rick Patton and I consider myself a fairly average American. I have been reasonably successful, but I have been affected by the economic downturn just like everyone else. As a result I have had to tighten my belt, and resort to more economical ways to entertain myself. I love my backyard, and I like to work in it and entertain there. One of the things I love to do is to barbeque! I am a die-hard charcoal kettle grill guy, and I own a 22.5 inch Weber Kettle Grill. About 2 1/2 years ago I was having a beer in my backyard and watching the clouds go by. I’m looking at that Weber thinking “how can I make that into a smoker without modifying the grill?” That is how it all began. I am a pretty creative and imaginative person and within a short while I had an idea. I went to the Home Depot and cobbled some parts together and VOILA! The Simple Smoker was born!
The people I am hoping to entice are people like me. I’m thinking that there is a lot of fun to be had with this thing for a relatively small amount of money. Heck, this thing will pay for itself in one season! And the quality of the food is way better than you can buy at the mini-mart!
Keep an eye on us! I’m planning on adding accessories to make this thing even better! In addition I’ll be posting recipes and soliciting you for your ideas too. Together we’ll take the nation by storm! We’ll show that it IS STILL POSSIBLE TO MANUFACTURE AND SELL IN THE USA! God bless – Rickhttp://www.smokeaz.net
