I have a new Louisianna Grill smoker. I got it as a wedding gift from my wife. I am learning to use it. I am an avid hunter and hope to be able to smoke Mosse, Elk and Deer on it and would welcxome any recipes for this kind of meet. I live in Alberta Canada where its cold for like 6 months out of the year. Smoked meat and Rum makes it bareable.
